What a busy Christmas season this has been! This is truly the first year that Brett has understood and has been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Santa. Last year Brooklynn could only roll over but this year she was hell on wheels. We had to put the presents up on the counters until she got use to them. Her first reaction was just to rip the wrapping paper right off. Our month kicked off with my praise team Christmas party held at The Disney Resort in Vero Beach. It was a great time had by all!

The following week we headed over to Clearwater Beach, Florida for Scott's company Christmas party at the Sandpearl Resort. It was a beautiful resort and were so lucky to have my mom and Jim along to babysit while we attended not one but two awesome parties. Brooklynn unfortunately had come down with her second bout of Bronchitis and was on medicine plus a nebulizer. Poor thing!! This was the first year in a long time that our very best friends Cory and Jen Olson were at the Christmas party. They moved back to our district last June. We met both of them back in 2000 when we were all fresh out of college!

The following weeks were full of preperations for our Family Christmas Eve service at church. Brett and I visited a remake of Bethlehem where he was extremely curious and interested in. He went on to tell the actors that he also sleeps in a tent. We went to Orlando and visited with Cory and Jen and their baby James who is 5 months younger than Brooklynn. They had a great time playing!
